We have been surveying in Western, New York, primarily in Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Orleans, Livingston, Alleghany and Wyoming Counties for the past 23 years.  We are members of the Genesee Valley Land Surveyors Association and The New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.  Our experience is very diversified in that we specialize in servicing the public with private residential lot surveys, farm and commercial surveys, and ALTA/ASCM Surveys.

We also do work for engineering and architecture firms with larger projects, such as sub-division design and layout, topographic surveys for design work and site plans, as well as construction site layout for buildings, utilities and roadways. 

Our offices are located in Perry and East Rochester, New York which allows us to serve most of Western New York efficiently.  We are familiar with most planning boards and associated agencies in the area.  Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely fashion for a fair price.
